Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll manage subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. 5+ years of commercial PM experience required.
Oversee day-to-day field operations on active commercial job sites. Coordinate crews, enforce safety standards, and maintain schedule. 7+ years of field experience required.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, solicit subcontractor bids, and produce competitive bid packages for commercial GC work. Experience in commercial construction estimating required.
Support project managers and superintendents with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and scheduling. Strong organizational skills and construction knowledge required.
